ASR has a strong commitment to training and supports its employees to undertake varied training courses through the Construction Industry Training Centre that ensures only the best available personnel are utilised. Alongside skills training based training ASR also supports it's employees to participate in leadership training and OH and S training. 

ASR does not rely on contract labour. We employ, on a permanent basis, a diversely skilled workforce including Riggers, Scaffolders, Dog men, Boilermakers, Crane chasers, and skilled labourers, as well as specialist major event personnel. This ensures flexibility in approach and minimal delays in completing your work delivering great customer service and significant cost benefits.

The ASR management and operations team are all from a hands on background and have over 100 years of combined industry knowledge between them.Their combined years of 'on the tools' experience means they understand what you are talking about.
